“A fresh view for two” is a pay-it-forward prescription eyewear assistance program created by Laurel Hill Center through Evergreen Eyewear. The ‘A fresh view for two!’ Fund will receive a donation of 5% from each retail sale* through Evergreen Eyewear. This fund will be available for individuals who receive OHP/Medicaid but do not have coverage for prescription eyeglasses.
